1. Service Area

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India as serviced by India Post.

- For bulk gifting orders and fastest delivery, please write in to contact@rorobooks.in. Courier charges at actuals will be applicable.

- We currently do not offer international shipping on the website. If you need the books to shipped internationally, please write in to contact@rorobooks.in

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving the order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., festivals or sales events), processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience.

We partner with reliable courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:

  • · Your postal tracking number.
  • · A link to track your order on the courier partner's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

6. Important Delivery Information

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete street address with the correct pin code and landmarks.
  • Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package. The courier may attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package to us.

7. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Alternatively, we can process a refund for the order value (excluding the original shipping charges).
