Refund policy
This policy governs the cancellation of orders, returns of products, and the processing of refunds for purchases made on our website www.rorobooks.in for Roro Books (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
1. Returns / Exchange Policy
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at contact@rorobooks.in within the specified timeframe, providing:
- Your Order ID
- The name of the book(s) you wish to return
- Clear photographs/video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with detailed instructions for return shipping.

Shipping the Return:
- The book must be returned in its original packaging along a copy of the invoice.
- The book will be shipped by the customer and we will reimburse the postage charges up to a maximum of ₹ 60.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account is subject to your bank's processing time.
B. No Refund Scenarios
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The return request is initiated after the 7-day window.
- The product is not in its original condition, is used, or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
- The book shows signs of wear and tear, folding, pen/pencil marks, or damage that occurred after delivery.
- The return is for a "Change of Mind."
3.Order Cancellation
Orders once placed and confirmed by duly making a payment cannot be cancelled.
In the unexpected and rare event of us being unable to process the order after the payment is made by a customer, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Non-availability of the book(s) in stock.
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information.
If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you immediately, and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
